As a central point of contact throughout the residential and consumer loan process, the Universal Loan Representative ensures accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.

Some of the position responsibilities include

· Reviewing and pre-underwriting mortgage and HELOC loan files for accuracy and completeness

· Gathering, organizing, and validating required documentation within regulatory timelines

· Serving as a primary communication link between borrowers, loan originators, and attorneys

· Monitoring loan pipelines to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met

· Preparing and coordinating compliant closing disclosures and closing packages

· Processing loan application fees and assisting borrowers with rate lock process

· Ordering and following up on the receipt of tax transcripts, title order, flood determination, completed appraisal, verification of employment and homeowner’s insurance

· Providing proactive, professional and courteous customer service at every stage of the loan process

This Non- exempt, Full-time position generally works Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; works within the Loan & Operations Center located at 75 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA, with potential for future hybrid/remote work option.

Education & Experience: Associate's Degree and one to three years residential or consumer lending experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Qualifications: The preferred applicant has strong customer service and organizational skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer literate, familiar with Windows environment, basic keyboard skills; team approach to work responsibilities; ability to prioritize and manage time and meet established deadlines; ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Dependable, reliable and has demonstrated ability to work within a regulatory environment. 

Salary Range: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
