Customer Service Representative
Monson Savings Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Wilbraham Branch, located at 100 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA.

CSR position works a variable schedule, approx. 37.5 weekly hours, Monday-Saturday. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30-1 PM.
Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
Job Summary: Under the general direction of Branch Management, the CSR is responsible for performing a variety of customer service and retail banking duties. Opens, closes and performs maintenance on various consumer and business deposit accounts, researches and resolves customer issues. Assists customers with a variety of debit card, online banking, and bill pay issues or questions. Maintains the Banks standards for service, customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year of retail banking experience required with ability to learn additional CSR duties.
Qualifications: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail and math aptitude; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team approach to work responsibilities; basic keyboard skills; ability to learn, retain and follow complex regulatory and security requirements; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
