Customer Service Representative
Monson Savings Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Monson Branch.

CSR position works a variable schedule, approx. 37.5 weekly hours, Monday-Saturday. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30-1 PM.
Job Summary: Under the general direction of Branch Management, CSR is responsible for performing a variety of customer service and Teller duties. Maintains the Banks standards for service, customer satisfaction and relationship building. Opens, closes and performs maintenance on various consumer and business deposit accounts, researches and resolves customer issues. Assists customers with a variety of debit card, online banking, and bill pay issues or questions.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year of retail banking experience required with ability to learn additional CSR duties.
Qualifications: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail and math aptitude; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team approach to work responsibilities; basic keyboard skills; ability to learn, retain and follow complex regulatory and security requirements; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
