Customer Service Associate/Teller

Monson Savings Bank is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate/Teller for our East Longmeadow Branch.

The part-time Teller position works a variable schedule, approximately 25-27 hours per week, Monday-Saturday. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.

JOB SUMMARY:  Under the general direction of Branch Management, position is responsible for performing a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing customers deposits, withdrawals, payments, and the performance of related administrative and clerical duties. Understands and maintains the Banks standards for service, customer satisfaction and relationship building. Sells and cross-sells Bank products and services.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail and math aptitude; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to operate a computer; ability to learn, retain and follow complex regulatory and security requirements; and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Must be dependable.
