Commercial Loan Administrator
Monson Savings Bank is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Commercial Loan Administrator, working within the Commercial Lending Department located at 75 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA. As a Commercial Loan Administrator, you will prepare commercial closing documents, work closely with Commercial Loan Officers, attorneys and Commercial borrowers.
This full-time position generally works Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Potential for future hybrid remote/in office work schedule is available.
Some of the position responsibilities include:
- Coordinates commercial loan closings between lender and closing attorney, including preparing commitment letter, ordering appraisal, preparing closing packages, and any additional follow-up required by Bank.
- Prepares and reviews loan documentation required for all types of commercial loans and maintain files in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensures that loan files are complete and contain all required documentation with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data; follows up as needed.
Education/Experience: Preferred applicants have an Associate’s Degree and minimum two years of related commercial loan department experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications/Skills: Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer focus; team approach to work responsibilities; ability to prioritize and manage time; ability to manage multiple responsibilities; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
