We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Assistant to help support our marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, digital communications, and brand presence.

Salary range: $22 - $27 per hour

This full-time position generally works Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or Saturdays needed. Potential for future hybrid remote work option.

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping bring our marketing strategies to life by supporting a wide variety of projects and initiatives, including:

• Assisting with social media content, scheduling, and engagement
• Supporting website updates and digital communications
• Helping create marketing materials, customer communications, and public relations content
• Coordinating community sponsorships, volunteer initiatives, and events
• Assisting with photography and video projects
• Tracking marketing performance and compiling reports
• Organizing projects, calendars, deadlines, and marketing resources
• Supporting customer onboarding and email marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with vendors, community partners, and internal teams
• Maintaining marketing records and compliance documentation

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, with general knowledge of marketing and communication principles, standards, social media and the creative process. Excellent attention to detail and organizational, time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Strong technology aptitude, including the ability to independently learn and utilize new systems, tools and applications and troubleshoot routine issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising appropriate judgment within established procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferred but not required. One to three years of relevant experience preferred but not required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Financial industry experience is a plus.
