Monson Savings Bank is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our East Longmeadow branch. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a results-driven retail banking professional who enjoys coaching teams, building community relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations, and leadership of the branch. This role combines people leadership, sales and business development, operational oversight, and community engagement to ensure both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Some of the position responsibilities include

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail banking professionals
• Ensure daily branch operations are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex or escalated customer concerns
• Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts, IRAs, and wire transactions
• Conduct external business development calls and represent the Bank within the local community
• Build and maintain strong community and civic relationships to enhance the Bank’s presence
• Recruit, develop, evaluate, and retain high-performing employees
• Promote a culture of integrity, teamwork, accountability, and positive staff morale

This Exempt, Full-time position works within the East Longmeadow Branch located at 61L North Main Street, East Longmeadow MA.

Base Salary Range: $77,000 - $90,000 with potential for additional income generated through participation in the Bank’s Retail Incentive Program

We’re looking for a banking professional with:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years related retail banking management experience; or equivalent  combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and regulations
• Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire and engage teams
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional Saturdays and participation in evening networking events
